Parallel Active report development

Got a very simple and stupid question. I am using Cognos 10.1.1 with Active Reports. I want to have two guys working simultaneously on the same report to speed up the development. How can I get this done?

Hi,

You can build components like the charts, list and other data containers seperately in two different reports but, they will need to merged later on then add in the active variables and connection later.

What I end up doing is if have more then one card (deck) not depenendant on a data item. I start with first card the layout and my co-worker would work on the second card requirement. After which I would merge the queries into one report and add the sections where they belong and set the active variables and the behaviour.
