Issues in LCM : Output Comparision

Hi All,

We are upgrading to Cognos 8.2 to 10.2. We are using Life Cycle Manager(LCM) to validate the reports between source and target environment.

When running the LCM,  i can validate the first 4 steps (1. validate source, 2. Run Source, 3. Validate Target, 4. Run Target)

Step 5. compare reports  status always shows in progress. not comparing the outputs for all formats except XML and CSV. But actually i need to run in html and excel formats.

Please help out to solve the issue.
