Hey I install cognos and my homepage is look like this.(attach the picture)

Why it is look like that?

note: images which not shown are not accessable

http://localhost/ibmcognos/skins/corporate/branding/cognos_connection_app_32.gif

is cannot access in iexploerer.
the problem is from iis ?

Forgotten to properly configure IIS / use configuration manager ?
