Issue with Access Granted

Hi All,

Our client has different environments like Production, Adhoc, Development. Cognos Access Manager is the tool being used to provide security and currently it is installed in Production Env. So whatever access provided in the production to a particular user, the same level of access will apply to the user in that particular environment provided the user name is added to the IIS. But the current scenario is we don't have Admin Access in production but we have Admin Access in Dev. Could someone tell what might have caused this issue.

Could you please elaborate more? when you say user name added to the IIS, how are you adding the user name to IIS.? Have you set anything in Cognos Configuration manager?
