Chart Values formatting

I have built a bar and a column chart. In both when I go to show values they appear in the actual bar rather than above it. This makes it hard to see the values. Is there a way to specify where the values will sit in the non legacy charts?

By Using Markers U can change the position of Values but Here All bar values will com on same line...
