How can I block to display negative values at progressive chart?

I want to block to display negative values at progressive chart BUT I DONT WANT TO REALLY CHANGE NEGATIVE VALUES.
I mean on the chart yes some bars going down but i dont want to display - values. They all show positive values but not all bars going possitive?
