Running Cognos 10.1.1 connecting to Sun One LDAP.  How do I install Sun One LDAP 5.2 on Windows Server 2008 64 bit at our DR site?  Or is there another application I can use to run the LDAP?

It's a third party product, owned by Oracle. Here is a link to the install guide on the Oracle site:

http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19850-01/816-6697-10/816-6697-10.pdf

You don't have to use Sun One - IBM states that any V3 compliant LDAP environment is supported - see the Supported Environments page here:

Cheers!

I don't know that anyone has come up with a method to install 5.2 on to Windows 2008 R2 or 64-bit in general. (it's blocked at the installer level).  I've tried a few times over the years but have never run across a method.  Once Oracle revoked the license for Sun LDAP, IBM/Cognos never delivered an alternative.
As for creating a DR image of Access Manager (I'm assuming that is why you want Sun LDAP 5.2), you're better off installing to a Window 2003 32-bit server (probably stand-alone so you can snapshot the VM).

Related to that, I know of no LDAP backend that works for Access Manager 7.5 -- I think you can still successfully point it into an AD instance (with requisite update privileges to the schema), but I've never tried with 7.5.
