Problem categorizing the data

Hi,

The problem is following... I have delivery data in a form you can see attachment. I have a "Delivery Teams" dimension in my reporting package which consists sub categories like "Team Group" and "Responsile". I should categorize the data so that when "Responsible" = certain person, report should show these in category X and when "Team Group" = certain group, report should show those in category Y. I cannot get it to work using data item.
