Repeater Table Issue

Hi everyone,

I have a tricky situation to obtain an excel output with horizontal data flow.
The required output in excel format is:
 
USA                                                                           UK
Newyork                               Kansas                           ------
Queens            Longisland          kansas city          ----        ------
Elmhurst          Treck street        main street         ------       ------

When I am trying to use repeater table....it repeats the country USA and city Newyork( I want the grouping on country and city) but as I am using table I cannot group.   I cannot use list report because I require horizontal data flow in the excel output.

Please advice. Any help is greatly appreciated. :-\
