Running Reports By URL

Has anything changed about running reports by URL in cognos 8 vs crn 1.1?

I have a report I'm upgrading, I was calling it in an aspscript by url and passing some paramaters defined on the asp page. In cognos 8 I'm still presented with a paramaters page, yet they are correctly populated with my passed data, and the user has to hit ok.

In cognos 7 the report would skip this page if I provided the paramater values, is there something in the 8 url i need to set now to execute without presenting this page?
