Cognos SDK for UI control

Hi ,

I am a new cognos user and would like to ask if there is sdk for controlling the report ui,   such as showing the toolbar, export button,  data bar button etc. I knew that there is a crystalreportviewer sdk for crystal report which allows the user to export the data in different format or jump to specific page of the report by entering the page number, but i am not sure if cognos contains similiar sdk as well . Thks
