Only users who belong to an Administrative role should see the "Administration" option in the welcome page. You need to remove everyone except the real Admin person (or people) from these roles. When you do this, the Administration option will not be shown to the non-admin users.

Thank you for your help!
I have moved every one from the administrator of the System and "Administration" has been hidden, but also "My actions" are still present. How do you make it invisible to the user?
thank you very much

Hi,

Please look into Administration and Security documentation pg 646 - Implementing a Custom Welcome Page
and also Pg 633 - Add or Hide User Interface Elements Based on Groups and Roles
