Unable to start Ibm cognos express services

Hi,

I'm using Cognos Express 9.5 on Win2008 R2.

I don't using (and changed configuration) Cognos since several days.

Since yesterday I can't started 'IBM Cognos Express' services :

It looks like the username or password is invalid: "Un incident d'autorisation de connexion s'est produit.  Cause : L'ID utilisateur ou le mot de passe n'est pas valide"

Since that's an error from the db itself, it means the other configuration settings are correct - it can establish a connection and communicate. I suggest talking to the dba about obtaining correct credentials for the db.
