hi, does any one help me to sent installation procedure of cognos with sql server 2005 or oracle 10g in windows 7 ultimate

Do bear in mind that Windows 7 is not a supported platform for Cognos BI server. You will be able to get it to work, but it will not run optimally and you will be unable to get support for it.
