After logging in, you go thru the usual painful way of going thru 1.6785 biilion options before you download it.

There are evaluation versions you can download from Developerworks, too. I think they have a 30-day expiry.

They technically only offer version 10.1.0--I just went thru the whole painful login process (it forces you to update your profile along the way to collect more propaganda) hoping it would provide options for the latest and greatest (10.2.1) but alas. . .
