Folder Structure Question

When we first started building reports we created a base folder structure to use. Now that we are almost done development we have modified the folder structure for ease of navigation.

When I launch Cognos and click Author Advanced Reports I get asked to choose a package. I navigate through the new folder structure, select the package and then report studio opens.

If I then hit open Existing report, the folder structure showing is the old version and not the updated one. The other weird thing is it allows me to open a report and edit it even though me physiucally movec the reports in the new structure and not just copied them.

Has anyone seen this before?

yeah I have completely deleted all browser caches
