Hi Techies

The Access Manager Server ticket service is not configured or is not available.  kSecurityErrorTicketServerFailure (-145)

Check if your "Cognos Access Manager Server" NT service is still running.

If the service start/restart doesn't work, try this:

Go back into Access Manager admin.  Delete/readd the access manager server as the ticket server.  You see this when someone does some configuration work and inadvertently points the ticket server to a different machine (if I remember correctly, it happens when you run Cognos Configuration and forget to validate that runtime setting).

Thanks all for the reply

Issue was the ticketing service was not functioning properly and firewall was blocking service. adding to the woes, admin password was missing from the installation document. Luckily the default password which connects to Directory Server worked.
Someone had changed the ticket service machine ,as SomeClown said
