XQE-CON-0007 -Frequent error in C10

we are using cognos 10.1 , most of the time i am getting below error. have anyone faced the below error?

It is intermittent sometime it throws while opening the package also. all dispatcher got register this error.
XQE-CON-0007 XQE error encountered: DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request because there were no connections to the process available within the configured time limit

I am currently getting this error too.  I have a large report with many master detail relationships.  Watching the query service (DQM) shows that after getting about 22,000 hits or so, the report fails with this error.

I was able to break the report up into smaller segments and the smaller segments that hit the query service less will complete ok.
