Hi,

If I've understood correctly you are checking whether your report will continue executing in the following year according to the parameters you've set in the schedule example you provided.

The answer is "Yes, if you have checked the default 'End' value of 'No End Date', or specified an 'End' date value greater than 09/01/2013".

Just be careful as I'm not totally clear when reading your question whether you really want to execute a report on the second Tuesday of every month following quarter end, or if you would like to run on Tuesday 2nd January 2013 (the day 2 of the month).  ie. Tuesday\Wednesday\Thursday etc is immaterial, and the second day of the month is when you are really interested in executing the report.  You should ensure you understand how soon the report can be run based on when your data is refreshed, and when your consumers want\need to have the report.

Example: If you specify a value of "Second Tuesday of every 3 months", starting on "1st January 2012", then the first 5 report executions on that schedule would be Tuesday 10th January 2012; Tuesday 10th April 2012; Tuesday 10th July 2012; Tuesday 9th October 2012; Tuesday 9th January 2013.

If you do a lot of scheduling of saving reports in your organisation, it may be worth looking into trigger based execution, as this can eliminate unnecessary wait times between the source data becoming available and the less flexible date\day\time scheduled, or perhaps worse - the risk of reports executing before data becomes available at source.

All the best,

Simon

Ps. Almost forgot to add - If you have the relevant rights in your environment, you can always check your schedule's going to have the desired effect by reviewing "Upcoming Activities" under 'Administration > Status'  and applying filters.
