Active Report shows "blank/empty" page on iPad

I managed to install Cognos 10 with its mobile component on Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 Bits).  From my iPad I could connect to the Cognos 10 and browse the Public Folders. But when I run an Active Report, the end result is juts a "blank/empty" page.
I'm wondering whether somebody could help me

I found the cause of the problem. This is because "Anonymous" logon was allowed.  Once I set up an external authentication source and disallow "Anonymous" logon, the problem is solved, now I could see the report rendered properly on iPad.
