Cognos portal authentication is configured for AD. I tested the report is not under my account, but under a different account (I run a browser with the function of "Run As"). After rebooting the Cognos server, my browser once included on the portal under a test account, and not under my account. When I run the browser using the Run As to my account, that Cognos still identifies me a test account. If i go from another computer, then everything is OK. Did not help either reinstall my browser or deleting coockie. Please help!

Deleting cookies should solve the problems. Try setting Tools -> Options -> Browser History Settings -> Check for newer version of stored page: Every time I visit the webpage.  Try deleting all browsing history, remembering to uncheck the preserve favorites website data.

As a sanity check, try logging into Cognos with the credentials in the URL params:

https://CognosServer/ibmcognos
/cgi-bin/cognosisapi.dll?CAMNamespace=Namespace&CAMUsername=Username&CAMPassword=Password

If you have only authentication provider set up, you can skip the CAMNamespace param, otherwise set that to the name of the auth provider as set up in Cognos Configuration.

thanks for the quick response! I have fulfilled your recommendations, but they have not led to success. I deleted cookies, resets, reinstalled the browser but it did not help. I found that it is not only cognos. I have a SQL Reporting Portal - where I, too, are determined by a test account, and not under my: (((

I think that the case in IIS ...

Setting the URL params didn't let you in with your user?

Sorry, i am forget to tell you.
I tried to logging into Cognos with my (no test) credentials in the URL param. It was success.

I changed the browser settings "Security Level" to "High", opened a portal, the browser asked for a password, I have my account information, then changed the "Security Level" to "Medium" and the browser now comes under my account.
Thank you!
