how to add two measures in crosstab?

wyconian

Hi

Once you have the columns and rows added into your crosstab you can drag measures either under the columns or next to the rows instead of dragging them into the default measures section of the crosstab.  Do this as would add columns to a list report making sure the black line is in the right place.

You can even have different number of measures under columns.

For example I have

Month                                    YTD
actual amount                       actual amount, budget amount, forecast amount.

Hope that helps.

You can also first create the columns and rows, then select multiple meaures by holding down the CRTL key while clicking.  Drag these into the measures section of the crosstab and just drop them.  They will automatically nest under the columns.

If you need to add an additional measure, drag it to the edge of one of the already nested measures.
