Total for a section

I have a list report that looks like the following.

Approved?    Product  Value
Yes             A             5
Yes             B             10
Yes Total                    15
No              C             20
No Total                     20
Summary Total             35


The problem is that when I select another field, e.g country and make that a section, the Summary total figure only appears for the grand total, not per country.

How can I get a total for each country/ Section?

Before performing the summary, first use the group icon on the toolbar to group the column where you desire a subtotal.  In your example, group on country first.
