Cognos 10 checkbox(multiselect value prompt) is not working with javascript

Cognos 10 checkbox(multiselect value prompt) is not working with javascript's "checked" property.The radio button works fine with the checked property.Is any alternative property for checked property for checkbox in cognos 10 or any other method by which it has to be referenced???


Please come up with your suggestions as soon as possible.
