An error occurred While Calling the Content store for Identity Information

We have 3 reports in a folder
a Particular user can run the 1 st report without any issue
but when he tries to run the 2 and 3 rd report
the mandatory prompt is no more mandatory and after he clicks finish

we get the following error
An error occurred While Calling the Content store for Identity Information

What we did,
We added the user to Report Admin and Directory admin to see if it is permission issue still the same error is appearing
