How to update data in active reports

How do you refresh data thats stored in Active reports? Is it by saving it again or running it when connected to BI  Server

Hi,

To update the report, you use the 'run with options' icon for the report in Cognos 10 BI and select 'save the report'. Alternatively you could define a schedule to do this.
