Cross join Error in Cognos 10.1

Hi,
I have a report migrated from 8.4 to 10.1 and getting failed by throwing cross join error. i have 3 querys and each query having 2 query items from tabular sql(sysdummy table) and remaining from model. The union of three querys result is used in the report layout in crosstab. Cross product is set to allow for all queries and can able to see the tabular data for all queries.

RQP-DEF-0103 Cross joins (between query subjects: SQL, Model.QUERY1, Model.QUERY2, Model.QUERY3) are not permitted for the user who has the identity '
Please help me in this. Thanks in advance..

What I have seen is that even if you set Cross Product to 'Allow' on all the queries, you have to put this setting on the result query as well.
