Joining Lines Assistance Needed

Good Day Everyone,

I have a data item that I pull into my report, the item brings in the notes that are attached to an item number. The note can be and individual line or multiple lines. I do not want multiple lines, I would like to get it to roll into one line.

Each note has a note # say 123456, then it has a note sequence number representing the line number, example 1 = Line 1, 2 = Line 2 and so forth.

How can I get the lines to wrap into one? I dont know how many lines there will be, the most I have seen is 14 lines.
