issues with neww chart features in c10

I just started to use the new chart features of cognos 10(previously was using the  legacy feature in c 10).

Now i have problems to format the  percentages when i do it in a similar fashion like the legacy charts.

should i do the percentage formatting in the primary axis or in the y axis. in legacy i did it in the primary axis for the same data item. when i do that in the c10 feature, it gives me some thing like in 1000's.

DO any body have solution for it?

In which range are your percent-measures? Is it 25 for 25% or 0,25 for 25%?

Maybe you also do a scale format like -3 for the axis?
