Hello One and All,
In Myfolders I want to create a folder named 'X'. If I have logged in as 'A' and create a folder named 'X', I can see folder 'X'. If I login as 'B', I cannot see the folder 'X'. This is right. At the same time if I login as 'A' and create a folder named 'X' in Public folders, user 'A' can see the folder. If I login as 'B' also, I am able to see the folder named 'X'. How to restrict user 'B' to see folder 'X' in public folders as the folder is created by 'A'.
Please help me.

Thanx in advance.

Hi,
go to the properties of the folder and click on permission tab.
Here you can set the access permission for user B.
you have to remove user B from the permission list.
so that when user B login,He wont be able to see a folder.
This changes is done by an admin of cognos who has full administrative rights.
