Defined Contents not showing value

Hi All,

any help is appreciated thanks....
I have a crosstab in the rows are gl accounts and in the columns i have some Cost Centres and a time period and a different measures.

I have totals of some gl accounts in the rows, but for a particular column / crosstab intersection i would like to have a different calculation.
I set the particular crosstab intersection point - defined contents to yes, unlocked the report , and added a singleton, and then added a query calculation to the singleton.

Data item is as follows tuple(Gl account, month, cc) - i did not specify any measure , assumed that the measure in the column would be used. When i run the report there is no value. I have changed the data items solve order to 2 , changed the aggreation to none, tried everything i can think off but when i run the report the i just get a blank.

Any ideas what i am doing wrong.

try to set properties associating the measures for rows and columns accordingly

I did that but still no values appear on my report, instead of tuple i tried complete tuple, still the report shows blank.

Any other ideas??? Does anyone have a step by step list of instructions on how to put a separate calculation in a crosstab intersection cell.
