Resolved - list tables borders in Excel

In C8.4 any list report when displayed in Excel would have borders around the columns and rows. When developing in C10.1 Report Studio the list reports run in Excel have no borders around the Columns or Rows. You can turn them on in the properties box one by one. I was wondering is their a property or option setting somewhere to get the C8.4 behavior to have borders around the list objects all the time?

Change was made in C10 to make it look different from C8.4. IBM says that we should be able to modify the style sheet to get the same effect.
