cognos configuration setting for oracle

Hi ,

I have installed CRN and FM in my system.

I need to access the oracle database (Content store) in the other system/server.

I want to know the cognos configuration  settings.

The database server name is IP (10.2.13.16) is that possible to do.

I have tired almosts everthing like copying of class.zip and converting it to class.jar.

make sure you have the access to connect to oracle server. If so, make sure the tns entries are proper. and also check that norton anti virus is disabled until the configuration happens.
