Framework manager error... not opening

Hi all,

   Installed cognos 8.3 server and configured, also installed framework manager.  While opening FM i got the error like verify security settings.... (attached).   I tried with anonymous access, NTLM, but no use.  This error is coming even while try to publish the package.  Please let me know if anyone come across this issue.

Hi there

How have you setup the Cognos Configuration?  Is the settings all using localhost?  If they are then you really need to change them to the server name or IP address of the gateway and dispatcher
The error could be caused by a port issue as well.  If you change the gateway URI to reflect the dispatcher URI, save successfully then retest are you able to open the FM model and successfully logon?
