error on unix

hi all

while building a cube on Unix AIX we are geting the following error

we have  total 65000 records,
we successfully build the cube for 45000 records

when we are building cube withh all records we are getting above errors
we checked memory available on server,

can anyone give solution for this ,
its urgent

the server has enough memory but what about the user account which is used to generate the cube ???

use ulimit -a to see the system resource that account may use.
