multiple pages report

Hi all,

I have a 100 pages report and I wanted to ask two questions.

Is there any way to create a go-to menu to jump from a page to another like for example a menu where I can click on page number 46 and go to that page? Can I in addition delete the report menu (top, page up, page down, bottom)?

Is there any way to create permission levels in the reports and create user levels?
