Incermental Update

HI

When I am runing the cube in "Incremental Update " I am getting the error

" TR2747 Dimension 'dimension name' contains a unique level with unique move specified.  This model contains an incremental update cube.  Any unique moves will invalidate this cube"

How to resolve the problem!!

unique move can not be used in combination with incremental update. find in the dimension the level properties and uncheck the move option.

try now. If you get different errors, like uniqueness violations, you have to take a good look at the data.

Do you really have a need for incremental update? After a while it is advisable to rebuild full anyway.

Won't the incremental pdate save in the overall build time.
