 This seems bit complex conditional formatting. We have stored values something like this 0=day,1=week,2=month,and3=quarter and 4=year.we only want to format from month to year and I have used expression like this;

if([Report Query].=2)and [Report Query].[% vs. LY] < .8999 then ('green')
else if
([Report Query].=3) and [Report Query].[% vs. LY] between  .8999 and .999 then ('yellow')
else if
([Report Query].=4) and [Report Query].[% vs. LY]>1 then ('Red')

But it is formatting the whole column and as I mentioned you ,we want to apply only wherever there are month ,quarter,and year the columns which are pink type of colour and mind you these are percentages.I struck here,please help

The data is something like this

Week        14%
                      25 %
                    35%
                     38%

Total month 38 %

Same goes with |Quarter  and year.Please give your inputs.Thanks

Here is the extra information.,The thing is it is becoming bit complicated. I wonder whether would could apply conditional formatting at all like this ,there is a data item called 'S' which stores the values like 0= day,1=week,2=month,3=quarter and 4=year but it is cut from the report page and is there in report query and there is conditional style is already applied on the row where I need to apply conditional style and my style variable supposed to override that particular cell,depending on the values given in string variable.Since as i said this 'S' column is not available on the report page and available in the report query,what i am doing is clicking the [%vs.LY] column and applying the style variable,it is giving colour on whole column and ignoring the [total(month)], I think because of the conditional style.how to come out of this conundrum.please suggest the solution.
