Error on Importing External Data (SOAP and Interactive Prompts Errors)

Hi All,

I need your help on this problem. I'm using Cognos 10 with SAP BW as data source.
When I tried to import External Data in Report Studio/Business Insight, I got errors.
There are two types of errors that I encountered:

1. SOAP error: this error shows up when I import external data into my blank report.

2. Interactive Prompts Errors: this error shows up if I use query(data source) from SAP BW that utilize SAP BW variables.
Cognos recognize the variables and will show prompt page for user to select the value for variables,
each time the report run.

As a result, I cannot import any external data into my report.

Has anyone ever encountered the same problems?
