Hi Srini,

What is the error you're receiving?  Without any specifics, it's hard to provide suggestions. :)

Hi Eric,

I have two applications. One is getting published without any errors. The other application completes the GTP without any errors if the create package option is unchecked, else the GTP errors out with the following message

"The Go to production process failed.

Unable to update the package.Make sure you have the permissions required.See the log file for details."

The log file does not have any message except again saying "check the log file for details".
I checked all the rights, the publish rights, planning administartor rights, directory administartor and everything is perfect. The othere applications get published and hence this confirms the permissions are intact. Please advise what I should do to overcome this

Hi Srini,

I've seen this issue multiple times in the past...  Along with the 2 TN's and my little writeup below, try to identify any differences with the 2 packages.  Sometimes simply updating the scheduler credentials will correct the problem.  Some of the areas to identify would be package publication locations; Ex: Public Folders vs a custom folder of some kind.  Try modifying the publication location as described below...

A few TNs that might be helpful:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21347789
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21440899

From the first TN, don't clear the PACKAGE_LOCATION from the database, but rather modify the Go To Production Options from the Development section of the CAC for that specific application.

Hope this helps..
