when I run the page having two list reports. I get results with set of pages having results from both of them. How do I make them continuous like I want to see alll the rows from my first list reports and then I want all the rows from  the second list report.

Im a new cognos user.Im sorry if my doubts are really basic.I wanted to figure it out myself but we have a crisis time to get it done asap.

Thanks in advance

Hi there

So you want to see list A and below List A, List B?  I think thats what you are asking

E.g.    List A
          List B

The only way I can see this working is if you embed the lists in a table.
Insert a table onto the report page
Define the table as 1 column, 2 rows
Add a List into Cell A (List 1 query)
Insert a table onto the report page
Define the table as 1 column, 2 rows
Add a List into Cell B (List 2 query)

Something to think about

I just did a quick test and without doing anything special my report behaved exactly the way you are looking for.

I put 2 lists on my report with a block set to 15px between them (In your earlier report you had asked about this so I assumed you had one in there). I setup 2 different queries for each and ran in. List1 had 3 pages of results and after that list2 showed all of its records.

Can you describe in more detail how your report is laid out?
