urgent requirement on list report excel output

hi guys,
              i have a list report ( showing 20 records ), and the output format is EXCEL,
my requirement is i need to display my 20 records in 60 rows of my excel output, i need to display 2 blank rows between the records, i worked on crystal reports long back and i'm sure that this requirement can be solved using crystal reports. but this requrement needs to be solved using COGNOS.

Unlock your report and insert a table with 2 rows into list column

Think Gopinath's solution will work, but you might also want to use White borders for the table cells (overall and the 2 individual rows) otherwise they will show up with the default borders in the Excel outout which won't look natural

I think, no need to used white border for table cell. By default the table would in dotted lines and in excel it would come OK...
