Hi, everybody:

When I run a report, choose the output format way as "pdf" so that I can print out the report.

The problem is that, after the pdf file created, I find that becase some crosstabs are wide, so some columns showing on the second page. And when I go to "File-Print Setup" in Adobe Reader, to change the setting from "Portrait ->Landcape", it does not work.

The how to do the page set up to let all the columns showing in one page in pdf file?

Thank you

Depending on which version you have, there is a property of the crosstab which controls horizontal page breaking, which seems to be what you are describing.

Crispy.

Not sure though, u can also try and see if it helps?
select the Page, Properties-> General-> PDF Page Set Up-> Override the page set up for this page-> Check the radio Button as 'Landscape'

Thanks

Hi,

You can try this.

Properties >> Crosstab >> Pagination

Uncheck "Allow Horizontal Pagination"

Tnx
