Making Cognos 10 to return the complete message instead of the CAF error

Hi folks,

I had this done in Cognos 8 as per

However this doesn't seem to be working in current Cognos 10.1.0 release because I am getting error message like this:

DPR-ERR-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. The complete error has been logged by CAF with SecureErrorID:2011-02-25-16:40:26.478-#9

Am I the only one seeing this behavior or somebody else does as well (along with a fix suggestion)?
