adding prompt page is not showing singletons border when I run the report

I am getting some funkey problem.

I have list report. I added one block to the report page and added 2 tables and list to that block.  top of list I have some singleton items. for those singlontons I added the boder black color.

I have prompt ex: region in region in the query.

when I add the prompt page and region as test promt if run the report I am losing singletons border.
If i delete the prompt and run the report I can see the singletons border.

I am not sure is this related to any page setting or any other.
Please can any one help me on this issue

Strange though, as a quick fix you can put the single ton Inside a Table Cell and apply the border for the table. Remove the default table 'Size & Overflow'.
