How to make in Tm1 something like D-list in element of D-list in Planning?

I'm not bad in Cognos Planning and I'm learning facilities of TM-1. We have such thing in many Cognos Planning applications - when user chooses an element from a list (it can be months or type of calculation) and Cognos calculates depending on the user's choice.

It makes putting D-list in an element of the main D-list.

As I've understood it is impossible to make it in TM-1. What is the usual way to solve the problem? Especcially it is interesting how I can make it in Contributor client.

I'm not sure how you could possibly come to this conclusion after reading any of the 9.5 documentation. What you want is called PICKLISTS.

OlapGuy is right, this is a new feature available in TM1 9.5, I was also surprised that it was not available in my TM1 version 9.4, so I had to rely on Excel validation, but that is of course limited to data input through forms in Excel not data inputted directly into cubes so it is of limited value so I am looking forward to upgrade to 9.5

Not sure if you've figured this out but here are my comments.
Create a picklist using the attribute editor. You can create a static or dynamic picklist based on a dimension or subset. If you are pulling in data from source cube based on a value chosen from a picklist in a dimension in the target cube then use a rule with a DB function. The DB function will pull in data from source to target cube like a D-Link in EP. If you are new to TM1 like me then you may find it helpful at first to use the wizard to create the DB rule. Once done, you will need to reference the picklist in the rule. To do this, just delete the reference to the element in question in the source cube and replace it with another DB rule using the target cube as a source referencing the picklist. This works in TM1 contributor.

Thank you for answers. I understand enough about picklists.

May be you can also help with rule? See here

It is about how to do sort of Accumulation Link from EP in TM1. It seems it is impossible here. And I need to calculate consolidations in auxiliary cube and after use these data.
