SSL and portal tabs

Hello you all.

We have a problem in our configuration and seems Cognos don't want to help us any further...

We have Cognos 8.3 installed in a single server under windows Server 2003 R2. Users can access information by accessing some portal tabs published in Cognos Connection, where they can later drill down to more specific information.

But due to a client request, we re-configured the environment to use SSL, so now they can only access the portal via https protocol. We checked out it works fine: users can login the portal, access and run reports, even in PDF wih all images contained.

But portal tabs dont work fine: Cognos sees them as insecure objects. The funny thing is that this only happens when you access the tabs via the published portal tabs. If you access them from its location in public folders, they work fine.

Any idea?

Thanks in advice!
