(TR3117) Unable to retrieve security objects. Please verify credentials.

Hi All, I have scheduled the cube to build daily, but at times, I 'll get the error " Unable to retrieve security objects" .At the next builds , the cube build may complete successfully without no errors. Whether this error occurs becoz cognos server seems to be busy at that time. Also we have many scheduled reports running at the time of cube build , both going simulataneously.. whether This is the  cause??????

Any solutions...Now consistently we are getting error daily, after building more data into the cube(day level info)
Plz help frndz..

Hi All,

This issue is resolved now. In the COgnos Configuration ./cogconfig.sh , Under security>Authentication : Increase the Inactivity time out in sec.

This issue is resolved in Transformer 10.1. Transformer periodically refreshes the passport even while busy processing a data source for a long time (like > 1 hour...)
