Converting Year and Month (both Number in Type) into Date

Hi,

kindly help me on this one:

I have a columns in the table named Year and Month, but i need to convert it to Date. the Day value will always be the first day of the month.

ex.
Year = 2010
Month = 12
Then Date would be equal to 12/1/2010

What function must i use?
