I created one page of the report and one prompt page. when I run the report I have my full report, the prompt page didn't apeared. is there are spesific settings that i have to assign to the main page in order the prompt page to be apeard first?

Most probably your prompt was not required, therefore the whole page was ommited.

Or the case might be that the prompt was set to required = Yes, but wasn't filtering the report query and so wasnt included.  You need to include some reference to the prompt in the query itself if the prompt is not being populated from data items and applying a parameterised filter.
